How to Manage Your Time to Avoid Burnout?

Managing time doesn't mean making every minute of the day have to be filled with work. In fact, if all our time is filled with targets, work and obligations, the body and mind never really get a chance to stop. I feel like one of the mistakes people often make is making too many to-do lists, then feeling like a failure when they don't get everything done. However, not all jobs have the same level of importance. Try to determine a few things that really need to be done that day and don't be afraid to postpone work that can be done later. That way, your energy doesn't run out just trying to catch up on everything at once.

Breaks should also be considered part of time management, not a reward after all the work is done. If you are too tired, your ability to think and make decisions also decreases. Therefore, giving breaks between work, maintaining sleep time, and limiting work outside specified hours can be very helpful. If you work from home, the boundaries between work and personal life are even more easily lost. In my opinion, healthy time management is not about being busy all day, but making sure important things get done without sacrificing your health and personal life. Being productive should mean being able to use energy wisely, not just working as long as possible.
