ZOYALINK Child Safety Policy

ZOYALINK is a social media platform designed exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child exploitation, sexual abuse, or content that poses a risk to minors.

1. 18+ Age Requirement

In accordance with our Terms of Service, account creation and usage of ZOYALINK are restricted to individuals aged 18 or older. Any falsification of age during registration will result in immediate permanent account termination without prior notice.

ZOYALINK utilizes automated detection systems and user reports to identify and address accounts suspected of belonging to minors.

2. Prohibition of Child Exploitation

Child exploitation is a severe violation of the law. The following material is strictly prohibited:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
Content depicting, promoting, or normalizing the sexual exploitation of minors.
Grooming behavior, including attempts to contact or solicit minors for sexual purposes.
Distributing links, invitations, or guides to access child exploitation materials.

3. Enforcement and Mandatory Reporting

To uphold platform integrity and child safety, the following procedures are implemented without exception:

Instant Removal

Violating content is immediately removed by our automated systems or moderation team.

Permanent Ban

Perpetrator accounts are permanently terminated. All account balances are forfeited, and no appeals are permitted.

Reporting to Authorities

Any instances of CSAM are mandatory to be reported to law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations in accordance with legal requirements.

4. Prevention Efforts

Age Verification: Registration processes require 18+ confirmation.
Platform Design: ZOYALINK is neither designed, marketed, nor intended for use by children.
Parental Controls: We strongly advise parents and guardians to utilize device-level parental controls to block access to 18+ rated websites.
