ZOYALINK is a social media platform for sharing stories, images, and videos dedicated exclusively to adult users aged 18 and older. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child exploitation and abuse.

In accordance with the ZOYALINK Terms of Service, account registration and platform usage are restricted strictly to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Any falsification of age during registration will result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior notice.
Our systems utilize automated detection tools and act promptly on user reports to identify and disable accounts suspected of belonging to minors.
2. Prohibition of Child Exploitation & Abuse
Child exploitation is a severe criminal offense. ZOYALINK strictly prohibits any materials or activities related to the following:
Strictly Prohibited Content
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any image, photo, or video format.
- Content depicting, encouraging, or normalizing the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Grooming behavior, including attempts to contact or solicit minors for sexual purposes.
- Distribution of links, invitations, or guides to access child exploitation materials.
3. Enforcement & Mandatory Legal Reporting
To uphold platform integrity and safeguard child safety, ZOYALINK enforces strict procedures without exception:
Instant Content Removal
Any content identified as violating child safety policies is immediately removed by our automated filters or moderation team.
Permanent Ban & Balance Forfeiture
Offending accounts are permanently terminated. All account balances accrued from the Creator Program are irrevocably forfeited.
Reporting to Legal Authorities
Any instances of CSAM are reported directly to law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations in compliance with applicable laws.
