ZOYALINK is an 18+ social media platform. Zoyalink provides rewards to creators based on valid views of uploaded text, image, or video content. All services are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted service.

2. User-Generated Content

ZOYALINK does not create, edit, or pre-moderate content. All posts are the sole responsibility of the respective user. The founders, management, and team of ZOYALINK are not liable for any losses arising from content created by other users.

If you encounter content that violates the law or our policies, please use the Report button on each post or email [email protected].

3. Creator Program

Rewards are calculated based on "valid views" as defined on our Creator Program page. ZOYALINK does not guarantee specific traffic volumes or reward amounts; performance is dependent on content quality and audience interaction.

ZOYALINK reserves the right to withhold, delay, or cancel account balances if invalid views, bot usage, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

4. External Links in Content

Users may embed links within their posts. ZOYALINK does not control or guarantee the security of these third-party links. Accessing external links found in user content is done entirely at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZOYALINK is not liable for:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Loss of data, rewards, reputation, or business disruption.
