ZOYALINK Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZOYALINK platform. By registering or using ZOYALINK, you formally agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of our services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the ZOYALINK Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Content Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- Services are intended exclusively for individuals 18 years or older. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement.
- Users are limited to a maximum of 10 (ten) accounts. Exceeding this limit may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords and WhatsApp verification codes.
3. Service Description
ZOYALINK is a social media platform for sharing stories, images, and videos. Active users may be eligible to join the Creator Program to receive Creator Rewards based on content contribution and reach. We do not guarantee specific view counts or reward amounts.
4. Account Rules
Data Requirements
- Name: Must accurately reflect the identity of the account owner.
- Email: Required for login, activation, and notifications; each account requires a unique email address.
- WhatsApp Number: Used for verification; one number may support up to 10 accounts.
- Bank Details: Required for withdrawals; the bank account name must match the ZOYALINK account owner's name.
Account Security
Never share your password or OTP. ZOYALINK will never request your password. You are responsible for all activity on your accounts. Report any unauthorized access to [email protected].
5. Content Rules
You may only post content for which you own the rights or have permission to share. Illegal content, violence, child exploitation, hate speech, and scams are strictly prohibited. ZOYALINK reserves the right to remove content or disable accounts without notice for violations. Report concerns via the Report button or [email protected].
6. Creator Program and Creator Rewards
Creator Rewards are calculated automatically based on ZOYALINK's internal system. Automated detection distinguishes between organic and invalid (*bot*) views. Any manipulation of traffic will result in the cancellation of balances across all your accounts and permanent platform termination. The mechanism and amount of Creator Rewards are subject to change according to the Creator Program policy.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only processed to bank accounts in the name of the ZOYALINK account holder. ZOYALINK reserves the right to withhold or deny withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or account disputes.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from: using bots or automated scripts, selling/trading accounts, disrupting server stability, or impersonating ZOYALINK staff.
9. Rights of ZOYALINK
ZOYALINK reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any content, and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations without refund. We further reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue services at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
ZOYALINK and its team are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service use, including data loss, reward disruption, or technical failure. All risks associated with using the platform remain with the user.
11. Termination
You may close your account via the settings menu. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for policy violations or illegal activity. Upon termination, any pending balances will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through amicable settlement or within the Indonesian legal system.
