1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any features on ZOYALINK, you are legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Content Policy, and other platform guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Limits

• Minimum Age: ZOYALINK services are intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Account Limit: A single individual is permitted to own and manage up to a maximum of 10 (ten) ZOYALINK accounts. Exceeding this limit without authorization may lead to account suspension.
• Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (email, password, verification numbers) and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service Description & Creator Program

ZOYALINK provides a social platform where users can share content including stories, images, and videos. All registered accounts (both new and existing) are automatically enrolled in our Creator Program to earn account balance rewards based on valid views.

ZOYALINK does not guarantee specific earnings or view counts, but rather processes rewards fairly based on legitimate views verified by our systems.

4. Data & Account Security

ZOYALINK team members will never ask for your account password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

5. Content Rules & Copyright

You may only publish original content created by yourself or content for which you possess legal distribution rights. Fraudulent content, illegal gambling, child exploitation, hate speech, and copyright infringement are strictly prohibited on ZOYALINK.

ZOYALINK reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules without prior notice. Users may report violations using the reporting tools on the platform.

6. Valid Views & Balance Withdrawals

Creator Program rewards are calculated based on Valid Views, representing genuine visits from real users engaging naturally. Our automated security systems actively filter out invalid traffic, including bots, spam, or repetitive clicks.

Account balance withdrawals can be requested once your balance reaches the minimum threshold of $10 via supported payout options. ZOYALINK reserves the right to withhold or cancel payouts if traffic manipulation or severe policy violations are detected.

7. Limitation of Liability & Termination

ZOYALINK provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from technical interruptions, external network failures, or account misuse by third parties.

If a user commits a severe breach of these Terms of Service, ZOYALINK reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate the associated accounts.
