ZOYALINK Content Policy

Zoyalink provides rewards to creators for every valid view. To ensure the security, sustainability, and fairness of the ecosystem for all creators, compliance with the following policy is mandatory.

Any violation of this policy may result in administrative actions, ranging from content removal, temporary account suspension, deduction of balance, to permanent account termination.

Core Principles

• Transparency: Reward data is accessible to all creators via the dashboard.
• Fairness: The system is applied equally to all creators. Any attempt to manipulate the system will be subject to strict sanctions.
• Legal Compliance: All uploaded content must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Content

1. Illegal and Harmful Content

Online gambling, promotion of narcotics, weapons trade, fraud, phishing, hacking tutorials, and any incitement to criminal activity.

2. Adult Content

Pornography, nudity, explicit sexual material, and content involving the exploitation of minors.

3. Hate Speech and Violence

Content containing hate speech based on identity, terrorism, encouragement of self-harm, and graphic violence without educational value.

4. Manipulation and Deception

Dissemination of false information, misleading clickbait, fraudulent investment schemes, and the buying or manipulation of view counts.

5. Intellectual Property Infringement

Re-uploading works owned by third parties such as films, music, articles, or other media without permission and without original added value.

Valid View Policy

Zoyalink requires that all views originate from genuine human audiences. The following practices are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, auto-clickers, traffic exchange, or other automated software.
• Use of VPNs or proxies to manipulate the geographic origin of views.
• Repeated manual clicks from the same device on the same content.
• Embedding links within non-transparent pop-up or iframe advertisements.

Automated detection systems operate 24 hours a day. Views identified as manipulated will not be counted and are not eligible for rewards.

Specific Content Guidelines

• Political Content: Permitted provided it is factual, informative, non-defamatory, and does not violate the law.
• Medical Content: The provision of harmful medical advice is prohibited. A disclaimer must be included stating that the content is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• Sensitive Content: Reporting on crime or disasters is permitted provided it is presented ethically and includes verifiable sources.

Enforcement Actions

• Warning: Content removal and cancellation of all rewards generated from such content.
• Suspension: Account freeze for 7-30 days and holding of balance during the investigation process.
• Permanent Termination: Applied for severe or repeated violations. Balance will be forfeited and the decision is final.

Reporting and Appeals

Users may report violating content via the Report feature on each post. If an account is subject to suspension, an appeal may be submitted through the dashboard by providing a clear explanation and supporting evidence.

Policy Updates

Zoyalink reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in accordance with legal developments and platform requirements. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or dashboard notification.
