This Content Policy is designed to provide clear guidelines on what can and cannot be published on our platform. Every user must comply with these rules to maintain community integrity and ensure the sustainability of our monetization system.

1. Permitted and Recommended Content

Zoyalink highly supports freedom of expression and digital creativity that brings positive value. We accept various multimedia content formats under the following general provisions:

A. Text, Image, and Video-Based Content

• Text: You can upload original writings in the form of in-depth articles, short stories, public opinions, educational materials, tutorials, and current news.
• Images: Visual uploads can include informational graphics, educational documentation, lifestyle photography, architecture, travel, art, and other creative visual works.
• Videos: Short-form or long-form video formats containing useful information, practical tips, documentaries, or learning materials.

B. Entertainment and Viral Content

Entertainment content such as comedy, memes, parodies, and viral trends is highly permitted on Zoyalink. Entertainment is a vital part of social interaction, provided that the material does not attack others and adheres to the general boundaries set in this policy (free from SARA/racism, pornography, gambling, or scams).

C. News Content

Zoyalink allows the publication of breaking news content. However, to keep the cyber space safe from misleading information, uploaded news must be valid, accurate, and come from clear sources. We strictly prohibit the spread of fake news (hoaxes) or deliberate disinformantion designed to trigger panic or public hatred.

D. AI-Generated Content

The use of Artificial Intelligence technology to generate content in the form of text, images, or videos is permitted on Zoyalink. Content generated by AI must focus on entertainment, education, motivation, or general information purposes, and must strictly remain free from any violations (such as deepfake pornography, gambling, or hate speech).

2. Strict Restrictions and Prohibited Content

To ensure that the Zoyalink digital ecosystem remains safe for all users aged 18 and older, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against the following types of content:

A. Pornography and Explicit Adult Content

Zoyalink strictly prohibits all forms of pornography, explicit sexual materials, depictions of sexual acts, and sexual exploitation in any format. Nudity and depictions of the human body can only be considered if they are genuinely intended for medical education, science, or formal scientific information, on the absolute condition that they do not display or exploit genitalia vulgarly.

Content displaying extreme violence (gore), mutilation, or excessive blood is also prohibited, except in the context of essential news information that has been properly censored for public comfort.

B. Online Gambling

Zoyalink applies a zero-tolerance policy toward gambling. All forms of promotion, inclusion of links to online gambling sites, reviews of betting applications, lotteries, sports betting, or invitations to engage in gambling activities in text, image, or video formats will be met with immediate and permanent disciplinary action.

C. Promotion of Illicit Substances, Cigarettes, and Vapes

• Strictly Prohibited: Promoting, selling, or educating on how to use narcotics, illegal drugs, psychotropic substances, dangerous chemicals, and any illegal materials that violate the law.
• Permitted with Restrictions: Content related to conventional cigarettes or electronic cigarettes (vapes) is still permitted, provided it is not intended as a means of illegal sale to minors.

D. Hate Speech and Harassment

We do not tolerate hate speech in any context or form. Users are prohibited from uploading content that insults, demeans, incites discrimination, or encourages violence against individuals or groups based on:

• Race and Ethnicity
• Religion and Beliefs
• Nationality or Country of Origin
• Gender, Sex, or Orientation

Bullying, personal harassment, stalking, intimidation, and threats of physical violence are also strictly forbidden on this platform.

E. Criminal Acts, Suicide, and Self-Harm

Content that promotes, instructs, or glorifies suicide, self-mutilation, or any form of self-harm is prohibited without exception. For content discussing criminal matters (such as legal case reviews, true crime documentaries, or legal education), it may be considered to remain active as long as it does not contain explicit acts of violence, does not support criminals, and does not violate harassment/bullying rules.

F. Spam, Copyright Infringement, and Personal Information

• Spam: Uploading repetitive content in a short period to manipulate the system, mass-distributing affiliate links, or posting meaningless random text is prohibited for the comfort of other users.
• Copyrights: Uploading someone else's work without permission or committing plagiarism is prohibited. All forms of copyright disputes are legally processed under our DMCA rules at zoyalink.com/dmca.
• Personal Information (Doxing): Publishing someone else's private data (such as phone numbers, home addresses, ID cards, or private secrets) will be strictly evaluated. This is prohibited if it violates data protection laws or aims to harm others, but can be tolerated if it is part of an official public announcement authorized by law.

3. Quality Standards to Prevent Content Removal

Since every piece of content uploaded to Zoyalink immediately enters our monetization system and generates revenue, we require users to maintain the quality of their uploads. Content that fails to meet the following quality standards may be removed by the system:

• Absolute Relevance: The text description (caption), title, images, and videos must be interconnected (relevant) and not random. It is strictly forbidden to use misleading captions that do not match the video/image content simply to bait clicks (extreme clickbait).
• Visual Quality: Uploaded image files must not be blurry, corrupted, or heavily pixelated.
• Video Quality: Video files must be clear, have a decent viewing resolution, be free from extreme shaking, and must not be blurry.

4. Community Reporting Enforcement

Zoyalink utilizes a moderation system driven by community reports. Any content that receives numerous reports from other users will automatically be funneled into a priority review queue by the Zoyalink moderation team.

Our team will examine the reported content objectively based on this Content Policy. If the content is proven to violate our rules, it will be removed immediately. However, if the reported content does not violate any policies, it will remain visible normally, and its monetization rights will not be disrupted.

5. Violations, Penalties, and Balance Reductions

Violations of this Content Policy will result in strict disciplinary actions applied progressively or immediately, depending on the severity of the offense:

1. Content Removal: The violating post will be permanently deleted from the platform immediately.
2. Account Balance Deduction: If a post is proven to violate the rules and is deleted by the Zoyalink team, or if your account is suspended, your accumulated earnings balance inside the account will be automatically reduced as a penalty for violating the monetization system.
3. Temporary Account Suspension: The user will be restricted from accessing content upload features, interactions, or balance withdrawals for a specified duration.
4. Permanent Account Ban: The most severe penalty involves a total block and permanent deletion of the account without the option of recovery for users who repeatedly commit serious violations or engage in massive system manipulation.

6. Appeal Process

Zoyalink provides a right of reply for users if an error occurs during enforcement, subject to the following strict conditions:

• Permitted Appeals: The option to submit an appeal is only available if your account is under a temporary suspension. An official appeal button or form will automatically appear on the main page when you open the Zoyalink application or website using the suspended account.
• Non-Appealable Actions: Zoyalink does not provide an appeal pathway for individual content removals (deleted posts) or permanent account bans resulting from severe violations such as gambling, pornography, or cyber traffic manipulation. The moderation team's decision regarding these two conditions is absolute and final.
