1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on ZOYALINK infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA notice to [email protected]. We will only process complete reports that meet all regulatory requirements.

2. DMCA Notice Requirements

A valid notification of claimed copyright infringement must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it, including the specific ZOYALINK post URL.
  • Your contact information: full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Please send this information to [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Report.

3. Post-Report Procedures

ZOYALINK will review all submitted reports. Upon validation of the claim, we will remove or disable access to the reported content. The user who posted the content will be notified accordingly. Multiple DMCA strikes will lead to account sanctions, including permanent account termination.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal (URL).
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.

Send to [email protected] with the subject line: DMCA Counter-Notice. If the counter-notice is valid, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files a legal action.

5. Repeat Infringers

ZOYALINK maintains a policy of terminating accounts for repeat copyright infringers. Given our limit of 10 accounts per individual, we reserve the right to terminate all accounts associated with a repeat offender.

6. DMCA Abuse

Please be aware that filing a false or bad-faith DMCA report may result in legal liability. ZOYALINK will take firm action against any misuse of our DMCA procedures.
