ZOYALINK respects intellectual property rights and requires all platform users to respect the copyrights of others when sharing stories, images, and videos.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on ZOYALINK without authorization, you may submit a formal notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our team at [email protected].
To ensure prompt processing, all submitted claims must contain complete and legally valid information.
2. DMCA Notice Requirements
A valid notification of claimed copyright infringement must include the following details:
Report Documentation Requirements
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized legal representative.
- Work Identification: A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Content URL: The specific URL location on ZOYALINK where the allegedly infringing story, image, or video is published.
- Contact Information: Your full name, physical address, active phone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the report is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Review Procedures & Counter-Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, ZOYALINK will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the disputed material. We will also notify the user who posted the content regarding the action taken.
Filing a Counter-Notice
If a user believes their content was removed by mistake or misidentification, a formal counter-notice may be submitted to [email protected] with the subject DMCA Counter-Notice, detailing full contact information, the original URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
4. Repeat Infringers & Abuse Prevention
In accordance with the ZOYALINK Terms of Service, each individual may manage up to 10 accounts. Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights will face permanent termination across all associated accounts, along with balance forfeiture in the Creator Program.
Filing fraudulent or bad-faith DMCA claims may result in legal liability under applicable laws.
