Not all boredom or hard work days mean we have to immediately resign. Every job has its tough times. But there are some conditions that I think need to be taken seriously, especially if the problem persists for a long time and shows no signs of improving. For example, a work environment that is constantly stressful, unfair treatment, serious violations of employee rights, no opportunities for development, salary or company obligations are problematic, or work begins to continuously interfere with personal life. If you just hang on every day because you're afraid to make a decision, maybe it's time to re-evaluate whether the job is still worth keeping.
However, you should not resign impulsively if your financial condition is not ready. If the situation still allows it, look for a new job first, prepare an emergency fund, update your CV, and start building professional connections. If the problem is very serious or concerns safety and basic rights, of course the situation needs to be handled more quickly through appropriate channels. In my opinion, resigning does not mean losing or failing. There are times when leaving work is actually a step to save time, energy and career direction. The important thing is to make decisions with a cool head and understand the consequences after leaving.
