Can Bathing at Night Really Cause Wet Lungs?

In the past, I often heard that bathing at night can cause wet lungs, especially if you use cold water or do it when your body is tired. It turns out that this assumption is not correct. In medical terms, the condition often called pneumonia usually refers to pneumonia, namely inflammation or infection of the lungs which can be caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi or other microorganisms. Bathing at night itself is not a direct cause of pneumonia. So, if you come home at night after activities and really need to shower, you don't actually need to be afraid of contracting pneumonia just because it's already evening. What you need to pay attention to is your body condition and comfort when bathing. Water that is too cold may make some people feel uncomfortable, especially when they are unwell. So in my opinion, what is more important is not what time we shower, but how to maintain cleanliness, body condition and overall health.
