For two hundred years, humanity has secretly fed the supermassive black hole Sagittarius A* with antimatter to rouse it. Upon waking, Sagittarius A* does not attack—it *sings*. Its gravitational waves awaken every black hole and neutron star in the Milky Way, causing the entire galaxy to move as one body. The Orion Arm becomes a shield; the Sagittarius Arm becomes a spear forged from a hundred million suns. *Resolution:* The two galaxies duel like swordsmen. When the Milky Way’s spear pierces Andromeda’s heart, there is no explosion—only the birth of a brilliant new light. That light is seen from a small planet in the Orion Arm by a child who mistakes it for a new sun.
