The space between grasping and releasing

We often forget that not everything was created for us to keep forever. There are people, there are times, there are dreams who come only to teach, then leave. The more we fight, the deeper the wound. But when we start asking not "why me" but "what can I learn", life feels lighter. Calm is not when everything goes according to plan. Calm is when we stop fighting with reality, and choose to care for ourselves in a gentler way.
